Beech Street Commons is a pet-friendly income-restricted community with brand new quality amenities. Applicants need to make at or below Marion County's 30% and 60% AMI income limits at move-in.

Built to give homes to wildfire affected households in Mill City, Oregon, this 54 unit affordable housing project is scheduled for completion in November 2024. Beech Street Commons offers 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes set aside at 30% and 60% AMI. We're thankful for our partners Green Light Development, Home First Development, Marion County Housing Authority, Marion County and Oregon Housing and Community Services for the opportunity to bring more affordable housing to our neighbors in the Northwest.
